The Chief Commissioner, ICT / Chairman, CDA, Mr. Muhammad Ali Randhawa, inaugurated the Islamabad Social Security Medical Center. This milestone marks a significant advancement in the delivery of quality healthcare services to the secured workers and their dependants by IESSI.
Until now, the Islamabad Employees Social Security Institution (IESSI) had been providing medical care through outsourced, panel hospitals. The newly established medical center is the first dedicated facility of its kind, directly catering to the healthcare needs of approximately 10,000 families residing in Humak and nearby areas.
The medical center is fully equipped to offer a broad range of essential healthcare services under one roof. These include consultations with specialists such as a gynaecologist and medical officer, well-maintained male and female wards, a fully stocked pharmacy, and a diagnostic collection point operated by Islamabad Diagnostic Center (IDC).
