Total Disablement Pension
In case of an injury sustained during performance of duty resulting in disability, payment of pension on monthly basis depending on the degree of disablement.
A secured person who sustained total or partial disablement shall be entitled upon the expiration his entitlement to injury benefit to receive disablement pension. Disablement pension shall terminate with the death of the recipient or when disablement ceases, or ceases to be total or partial disablement.
